Founded in 1837 at their legendary address on Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris, Hermès rapidly acquired a great reputation in saddlery. They developed in other areas over the years, and in 1925 they designed their first jewelry, mixing precious metal and refined leathers, all inspired by Hermès traditional equestrian theme.
